Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DispatchMate, a business-to-business software platform that helps independent trucking dispatchers manage carriers, loads, check calls, invoices, and related operations (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for commercial use by dispatchers, agencies, and related logistics businesses. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The Service

DispatchMate provides tools for dispatch operations, including carrier and load management, check-call workflows, invoicing helpers, and related dashboards. Features may change over time as we improve the product. We do not act as a broker, carrier, or freight intermediary unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and in your account. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until canceled. Trial offers, if any, are described at signup and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Upload content that infringes others’ rights or contains malware
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into DispatchMate (for example, carrier profiles, loads, and invoices). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

6. Intellectual property

DispatchMate, including its software, branding, and documentation, remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Operational decisions (routing, rates, compliance with transportation law) remain solely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchMate and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app Support module or by contacting us at the support channels published on our website.
